Rasha Ahmed is 43 years old. She is married with 3 children in primary and elementary school in Emam El Shafi area in Cairo. Her husband works as a security guard in a private company.  

Rasha started her project 3 years ago as she lives in an area with a lot of schools and there was a need for small sandwiches for the students.

She started her project and went very well as she is clean and puts good quality materials in the sandwiches. She was approached by a famous noodles company that gave her a small wagon to cook in and provide additional variety. The income has helped her provide more education and living necessities for the family.
