Hatem Hamdy, 40 years old, from Katamya area in Cairo. Hatem is single, he currently lives alone. He is a graduate of one of the vocational training schools in Cairo.      

Hatem works in a private company un the morning where he makes different beverages for the staff in the staff cafeteria. He has built a long experience in that. 3 years ago, he decided to rent a shop and start his coffeeshop project as a way to have another income source.   

The project went very well because the shop was in an area filled with traffic and not many coffee shops were available.
