Milad is 22 years old. He is still single and lives with his family. He lives in Zahraa area in old Cairo.

Milad studies at a local hospitality school in the morning in the second year. Milad also works part-time in a construction company, sometimes when they need an admin job. 

Milad started his project a year ago after taking a few vocational training courses that gave him a lot of knowledge about mobile phone maintenance. He liked the work very much and was good at it. He started doing the work from his home but with the increase in clients and traffic, he decided to rent a small shop. He bought some tools and recharging equipment to use in his work.
