Amira Wisa Story

Amira Wisa is 44 years old; She is married and has two children, Her son is studying in university while her daughter has graduated and is engaged to be married. Amira lives in ezbet khairalah area in Cairo.

Amira has been in the hairdressing work for more than 10 years. She had to stop working at the faraway shop since she became diabetic and could not handle the distances and workload.

In order to continue bringing income, especially that they need to buy supplies for her daughter’s share of the wedding and apartment as per traditions, Amira rented a room in her building and started her work in hairdressing again.  She also took extra courses to do makeup at her shop and at client houses when they have events. Her work and client flow are doing very well.
